Komatsuna Omlette and a Quick Good Morning

image

For breakfast this Sunday morning, I sauteed some komatsuna and green peppers and made some omelettes with farm fresh eggs. I’m loving our CSA membership!

In other news, Mr. Grant is already getting birthday presents from his generous great aunt. He loves them!

And the kids received a letter from Santa as a reminder to be good ALL year. Funny how the present and letter from Santa arrived on the same day.

Today holds the promise of family time, a birthday party for Julia’s friend, and a lot of painting. We are trying to get the kids’ new playroom ready for action.

I hope you enjoy your day!
