I came across a simple but brilliant idea while reading a blog entry from P.E.A.C.E. While you are unwrapping Christmas presents tonight or tomorrow, keep a bag beside you to store bows and ribbons from the packages. These don’t even have to be bows from your packages–you could hoard everybody’s bows! Keep those bows and use them next year! You could even divide them up between those who want to use them.
I’m definitely going to do this after spending $3.99 on a bag of bows from Walgreens last week. That sounds like a lot of money to me for something you are just going to throw away. If the bows are in good condition, just add some tape and reuse them on next year’s presents!

How delightful! Such a gorgeous poster you’ve made here, and thanks from my heart for including these links to my humble blog. Your dear heart has cheered mine!
Happy hugs of gratitude, and a very Happy New Years to you!

You’re welcome! Thanks for the good ideas. I walked away with a hefty supply of bows that should last a few years, especially if I recycle them.
